About brainbay

Brainbay is a young and innovative organisation, providing the property market with the best data and information products. Brainbay (since 2018) is relatively young, however some of our team members have gained extensive experience at the former Data & Research department of the NVM (Dutch Association of Real Estate Agents and Valuers).

Brainbay has been supporting clients with big data applications, providing insight into developments taking place on the property market. Brainbay is a leading organisation in the Netherlands in terms of property knowledge and data.
