Data
The growing complexity when it comes to data processing, privacy and security requires professional management. Therefore, the exchange system of NVM’s members (TIARA) and the database (Midas) will be handled by Brainbay. Brainbay has been managing the sizeable database with information about residential and commercial property and agricultural firms, providing additional data where appropriate.
Research
On behalf of NVM, Brainbay has been performing market research, presenting all relevant numbers and developments taking place on the Dutch property market every three months, in close collaboration with NVM. Also, Brainbay is also responsible for making different publications for the departments known as Business A&L. Brainbay offers NVM’s real estate agents and valuers extensive information at the municipal and community level. Examples include municipal overviews, regional analyses, regional transaction figures and supply overviews.
Apps
Being a member of the NVM means you have the exclusive right to use Brainbay’s applications. Using the combination of a sizeable database and enrichment with artificial intelligence, Brainbay has created the best data and information products for NVM’s members.
