Brainbay B.V. was incorporated in 2018 as a subsidiary of the NVM holding. Brainbay has been providing the property market with the best data and information products.
The exchange system of NVM’s members (TIARA) and the Midas database has been placed with Brainbay, who has been managing and developing the most sizeable and current property database in the Netherlands, using information about residential and commercial property as well as agricultural firms. This database is the source for e.g. all the property offered on Funda and other real estate websites.

Our challenge is beyond professionalising data management. We enrich data, developing tools that make property data accessible. We use the latest technology, including artificial intelligence. We combine this technology with the knowledge and experiences of our property experts.
